Ladies, you know what I’m talking about, right? Carving a few hours out of your day for shopping, when you are down to the wire for a ‘dress to impress’ brunch date for the upcoming weekend.
This venue was certain to be the brunches of all brunches, so I had to find the perfect dress with only one day to shop! My fiancé accompanied me to Coast in Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi. After finding many dresses to try on, the ugly truth was in the dressing room. One dress was too tight around the bust and showed the area of fat we sometimes call the ‘tit pit’, ugh! Another dress was just not right, the next dress accentuated my bust area, a definite NO! Still, another dress while was nice, I couldn’t even move my arms, so no food or drink for me if I chose that one. I absolutely loved the pink and white dress, but the darts were too high on my chest area, something only a seamstress might recognize.
So, after several zips and unzips, buttons and unbuttons, hooks and eyes, the last dress I tried on was the dress I chose for the Brunch in the Clouds. I felt like a princess and the diamond sparkle shoes made the ensemble complete.
The Brunch in the Clouds is the most beautiful brunch venue in Abu Dhabi. It’s located in the St. Regis penthouse suite, last Friday of every month and highly recommended.
